We do our best to keep shipping as low as possible and as fair as possible therefore we work on tiered delivery prices dependent on the amount you spend rather than the weight of the items.
Currently our delivery charges are as follows:
Up to £10 - £2.95 P&P
Up to £25 - £4.95 P&P
Up to £74.99 - £6.95 P&P
£75 or more FREE Delivery
Should you wish to return an item which is not broken or damaged then please be aware that only the cost of the item will be refunded to you and not the postage charges. An email must be sent to us prior to the return explaining as to why the item is being returned, this must be done within 7 days of the receipt.
If you should receive a damaged item please send us an email along with a picture of the damaged item and we will send out a replacement. All products are checked and handled with care before being sent out and we cannot be held responsible for damages in transit.
